(RSF) encourages businesses, organizations and individuals to establish funds in their name. Individuals may wish to establish an award in memory of a loved one. Donations which accumulate to $5,000 or more within three years will establish a permanent named scholarship. A donation of $250 or more will provide a one time, named scholarship.
